Who We Are

Tangent Technologies GmbH operates the website at lelia.io. We are committed to protecting your personal data and your right to privacy. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at contact@lelia.io.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. When you visit it, the hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, in its server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics (PostHog), only with your consent

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use PostHog to understand how visitors use this site and to test improvements to it. PostHog is provided by PostHog Inc. and stores data in the EU. Its requests are routed through our own address, t.lelia.io, which runs on Google Cloud in the EU. If you click “Decline”, PostHog is not loaded and none of the following happens.

With your consent, PostHog:

  • stores a random identifier in a cookie and in your browser’s local storage, so it can recognise repeat visits;
  • records the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how long you stay, and technical details such as browser, device type, screen size and approximate location (country and city);
  • records your session (mouse movements, clicks and scrolling, as a replay of the page). Anything typed into form fields is masked and not recorded;
  • may show you one of several versions of a page element (A/B testing), to find out which works better.

Your IP address is used to estimate your location and is not stored by PostHog. Session recordings are deleted after 30 days. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and §25(1) TDDDG).

Changing or withdrawing your consent

You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stop immediately and the PostHog identifier is removed from your browser. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months, after which we ask again.

Booking a call

The “Get in touch” and booking buttons open a booking page provided by Google (Google Calendar appointment scheduling). Google processes the details you enter there under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and the time you booked, and use them only to hold the call (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights Under DSGVO

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time
